Who we are

ScrimmageSeeker (the "App") and scrimmageseeker.com are owned and operated by Sport Surge Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number (optional), profile type (coach, player, or official), and profile details you choose to add such as bio, sports, age group, and photo.
• Location information — addresses you save and, with your permission, your device location, used to show nearby teams, scrimmages, and officials.
• Content — messages, scrimmage requests, availability, and other content you create in the App.
• Device & usage data — basic technical information (device type, app version, crash logs) used to keep the App working.

How we use it

• To provide the App's core features: matching teams, scheduling scrimmages, messaging, and official assignments.
• To send notifications you've asked for (requests, confirmations, declines). You can adjust notification preferences in the App.
• To maintain safety and integrity of the service, and to comply with law.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your precise location with other users — other users see the general area and addresses you explicitly attach to teams or games.

Children

Player accounts are intended to be created and managed with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or coach. We collect only the information needed to operate the service and do not sell or use minors' information for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@scrimmageseeker.com. We delete or anonymize the data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
