Effective date: July 26, 2026 · ScrimmageSeeker is a product of Sport Surge Inc.

1. Agreement

By using the ScrimmageSeeker app or scrimmageseeker.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Sport Surge Inc., you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

ScrimmageSeeker helps coaches, players, and sports officials discover each other and organize scrimmages. We provide the platform; the games themselves — including venues, supervision, fees, and safety — are arranged and carried out by the participants.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• Player accounts should be created and managed with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or coach.
• We may suspend accounts that misuse the Service or harm other users.

4. Conduct

Don't use the Service to harass others, post unlawful content, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or interfere with the Service's operation. Officials' fees and arrangements are between officials and teams.

5. Assumption of risk

Sports carry inherent risk. Sport Surge Inc. does not organize, supervise, or insure games arranged through the Service and is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or disputes arising from them.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including the ScrimmageSeeker name, logo, and app design, is the property of Sport Surge Inc. You retain rights to content you post, and grant us a license to display it within the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" during its beta period. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sport Surge Inc. disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you paid us to use the Service (currently: nothing).
