Pick the date, choose My Home Base or Their Home Base, and add notes. Need a ref or guest players? Flip a switch.
Once they accept, everyone involved sees the game. Afterward, rate the matchup so good teams get found again.

Coaches post their availability. The Map and Search functions show teams that match yours. This is all adjustable via the filters as well. Requests are sent right from a team's page.
When a coach opens guest spots, players nearby can request to play. The coach accepts or declines. Players always make the first move.
No. Your location is used to show what's near you and is never shared publicly. Teams appear at their Home Base address.
